After this commit, the GSM-MOM5-CICE5 will be a supported app; all NEMS trunk changes must be tested against it before committing.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Changes:<br><br>- Update to module_MEDIATOR.F90 to include the mediator restart
interval fix<br><br>- Correction of flux signs<br><br>- An added option to
compute atm/ocn fluxes in the ATM component instead of the mediator.<br><br></div><div>- Fix a logic error in the NEMSCompsetRun that confused it when copying directory trees via the <=copyfrom= filter.<br><br>All changes are from Patrick Tripp except the last one.
