Removal of three debug statements that cause vast amounts of output. (Thanks to Jim Abeles for noticing them).<br><br></div><div>2. Point to a later version of Rocoto that has a workaround for common errors in bashrc files.<br></div><div><br></div>3. [NEMSfv3gfs only] - all compset jobs on WCOSS Cray moved to the debug queue, including compilation. This is to work around recent issues in the shared queues wherein all jobs wait 12-24 hours, even in high-priority shared queues.<br><br></div>4.
