I'm planing to commit changes to NEMS. I'm synchronizing NEMS with
current NMMB external. NMMB results are changed and will be
updated.<br>
It is related to NEMS ticket <a
href="https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/nems/ticket/192#ticket">#192</a>.<br>
All test passed on Theia, and now when we have Gyre back, I'm
running test suite there.<br>

I'm planing to do the commit this Monday, but if you need it
