the two versions have been either removed or greatly reduced. <br><br></div>Changes in this ticket are:<br><br>1) corrections of snow water equivalent depth used by radiation,<br>2) updates of
Rayleigh damping<br>3) the use of ladj=.true. for semi-implicit
