[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS commit

 Hello NEMS developers,

There will be NEMS commit regarding adding GSD chem application to the NEMS.
Changes are in two files:
        modified:   tests/apps.def
        modified:   tests/nightly/nightly.def

FV3GFS-GSDCHEM application will be part of nightly tests on Theia and
WCOSS-Cray.
