[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Transfer of NEMS compset data to Tide/Luna is in progress.

Hi all,

Now that the Tide/Luna machines are available again, I am copying the
Gyre/Surge NEMS Compset inputs and baselines over to Tide/Luna.  I expect
the transfer to finish in a few hours.  I will send another announcement
when it is complete.
