[Ncep.list.nems.announce] nemsio_get and GSM apps on WCOSS IBM

Hi all,

Some of the GSM apps on WCOSS IBM (phase 1 & 2) are pointing to a
non-existent executable for nemsio_get:

    /nwprod/ngac.v1.0.0/exec/nemsio_get

That executable, and all of ngat v1.0.0, were deleted as part of a clean-up
of the /nwprod directory.  Unfortunately, this means many GFS scripts will
fail on WCOSS IBM.  I'm talking to the relevant developers, and I'll let
you know when we have a solution.
