Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #118: bug fix
numerical singularity in radsw_main.f subroutines to prevent model failure(See
Trac ticket #118 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/118>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/gsm_rad
If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Yu-Tai,
Helin and Fanglin.

The changes will be committed this afternoon between 3-4PM, March 3. You
are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
