[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 120: fix the conservative flux interpolation by commenting out the area sending to the mediator

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #120:  fix
the conservative flux interpolation by commenting out the area sending to
the mediator (See Trac ticket #120
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/120>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

The changes will be committed today between 3-4PM Today, Aug 10. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
