[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 106: gsm bug fixes and a couple tunings for convection and soil data

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #106: gsm bug
fixes and a couple tunings for convection and soil data (See Trac ticket
#106 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/106>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

The changes will be committed between 3-4PM today, Sept 9. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
