[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 111: physics documentation update

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #111: physics
documentation update (See Trac ticket #111

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
