FYI -

I've been struggling with a variable # of the new full regression tests
failures (trying to sync with all commits)
On Theia, for instance, I couldn't pass 2 : gfs_slg_t574
Well .. Just checked out a fresh trunks of the NEMSLegacy into
/scratch4/NCEPDEV/nems/noscrub/Eugene.Mirvis/XtrunkNEMSLegacy/:
