[Ncep.list.nems.announce] nems branches deleted

Quick question, did we loose any SVN history in with this? I am having 
some trouble in Trac going further back than the branch restoration on 
06/06/2016. Will this affect "svn merge --reintegrate" when we want to 
bring branches back to the trunk? Thanks,
