[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 77: Restore and update gsm regression test

Good morning everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #77: restore
and update gsm regression test. (See Trac ticket #77
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/77>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/jun/gsm_reg

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Jun Wang.

The changes will be committed today between 3-4pm, January 27th. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
