[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Impending commit: nems app reorganization

Hi all,

Around noon Eastern time, I will commit changes to the NEMS and NEMSLegacy
trunk that move most of the files out of NEMS into the NEMSLegacy level.  I
will also create the "uncapped" branch of NEMS, and the NMMBTestBed trunk.

The new NEMS trunk and "uncapped" branch will look like this:

https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/branches/modulefiles

The new NEMSLegacy trunk will look like this:

https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/NEMSLegacy/branches/modulefiles

The NMMBTestBed trunk will look like the NEMSLegacy trunk, but will point
to the "uncapped" branch instead.
