[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming NEMS commits

Hi all,

Below is the list of upcoming NEMS commits.  They have been rearranged due
to some issues in the GSM-capping branch.  Note that the new regression
tests are still going in on time tomorrow as previously announced.  If
someone has any commits that need to go in sometime in the next two weeks,
please let me know.



COMMIT #1 - new regression tests become mandatory

December 2 (tomorrow)  by Sam Trahan

1. Old test suite moved to "oldtests" directory.
2. Add new "rt.sh" that is a wrapper around the new tests.
3. Documentation update.

COMMIT #2

Dec 7 - Sam Trahan

Move all module load commands to app level in a modulefiles subdirectory.
Update NEMSCompsetRun to use new regression test scripts.


COMMIT #3

Dec 9 - Sam Trahan

Merge NEMSAppBuilder and other changes from the GSM-capping branch.  This
is in preparation for the GSM cap.  This merge will NOT add the GSM cap,
just some of the changes it will need.
