[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS GSM RT baseline set needs an update

Hello,

Plese be informed that since  Tide is back, NEMS latest trunk GSM RT tests
(except gfs_slg_adiabatic) are "NOT OK".
I guess RT baselines set is needed to be updated from:

 /meso/noscrub/wx20rv/REGRESSION_TEST
to
/nems/noscrub/Jun.Wang/REGRESSION_TEST_20160809

NMMB looks O.K.

I think we should delay with nems trunk commits until then.
