[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 73: Add time-dependent input variables KP and F10.7 into the WAM model

Good afternoon everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #73: Add
time-dependent input variables KP and F10.7 into the WAM model. (See Trac
ticket #73 <https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/73>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
