[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 74: Update and fix GSM and add new features

Because there seems to be some confusion...I am not the NEMS code manager.
The NEMS svn project does not have a code manager. All NEMS svn project
related questions should go to the user currently planning to commit to the
NEMS trunk (announced on NEMS developer listserv) or should be raised at
the next NEMS meeting (10am every Friday in 2890, alternating between UMIG
NEMS and global NEMS).

I am the GSM code manager so all GSM svn project related questions can
continue to come to me.
