[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 74: Update and fix GSM and add new features

Could you please let us know when you have committed everything?  We need
to move ahead with the Hurricane NMMB nest motion commit to the NEMS trunk,
which is due this week.
