[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 74: Update and fix GSM and add new features

Good afternoon everyone,

*Firstly, since there has been some confusion with new users, this
announcement is for the GSM repository, not the GFS repository. The emails
from Nicole McKee for the GFS repository changes look very similar since we
follow similar policies and email formats for these announcements. Always
double check the email subject and body for either "GSM" or "GFS". Thanks!
Now onto the commit announcement...*

There has been a commit to the GSM trunk at r63295
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/changeset/63295> (ticket #74: Update
and fix GSM and add new features
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/74>).

*As always please update your branches accordingly.* Just as a reminder, to
update your branch, use the following command if at the top of the working
copy of your branch (*using the --dry-run option first*, just to be safe):

svn merge --dry-run https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

If all goes well, do the actual merge:

svn merge https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

Then commit back to your branch.
