[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Fwd: NEMS Ticket #131: Enabled NMMB tests on Theia machine

Hi, All,

The NEMS trunk is committed with the revision number 58863.  This commit 
is for fixing the GFS two-loop restart run problem (NEMS ticket #129).  
On wcoss machine, to make the restart to be re-producible, change the 
namelist variable zflxtvd from .true. to .false..  Thus the GFS baseline 
on wcoss need to also be updated.

Ratko, could you please to help to copy the new GFS baseline data set on 
the Tide machine at

/gpfs/td1/emc/nems/noscrub/Weiyu.Yang/REGRESSION_TEST

to your BASELINE directory at

/gpfs/td1/emc/meso/noscrub/Ratko.Vasic/REGRESSION_TEST
