[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 58: new version of GOCART with esmf6.3

Good afternoon everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #58: new
version of GOCART with esmf6.3. (See Trac ticket #58
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/58>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/sarah/ngac_gsm_v2/

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Jun Wang.

The changes will be committed between 10-11am TOMORROW, Tuesday, January
6th. You are encouraged to review the code before it is committed. You can
