[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 60: Change sea ice in GSM to be consistent with in CFS

Good day everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #60: Change
sea ice in GSM to be consistent with in CFS. (See Trac ticket #60
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/60>)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/seaice/

The changes will be committed between 9-10am, TOMORROW, Friday February
13th. You are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
