[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS trunk - ESMF 6 Compile issue on Zeus

I merged my branch with the trunk and tried to compile on gaea and 
encountered the same problem!
I set "FPP = -fpp" and compilation seems to be progressing. Hopefully, 
it will work.
