[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 40: Fluxes for A/O/I coupling

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #40: Fluxes
for A/O/I coupling. (See Trac ticket

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/xingren/

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 21st.
You are encouraged to review the changes before committal.
