[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Planned NEMS trunk commit: (step 5 under NEMS ticket #41)

Hi,

The next set of changes for the coupled NEMS system are ready to be 
merged onto the NEMS trunk. This basically brings the one-way coupled 
GSM->MOM5 system to the NEMS trunk. The comments under ticket #41 have 
been updated: https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/nems/ticket/41.

As always, regression tests were run on Zeus and are clean. The results
are available under /home/Gerhard.Theurich/NEMS.trunk.

I am hopping to commit this merge some time on Wednesday. Thanks,
