[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 38: Introduction of the "IMPLICIT NONE"

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #38:
Introduction of the "IMPLICIT NONE". (See Trac ticket #38

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/Euge/implicit_none_T38

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm TOMORROW, Tuesday, July 1st.
You are encouraged to review the changes before committal.
