[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS trunk commit (NMMB)

Hello,

  I would like to announce NEMS trunk commit. I will merge the nems 
branch in which we removed conversion from water vapor mixing ratio to 
specific humidity and back from all NMMB physics where such conversion 
is not necessary. There are still two physics schemes which use mixing 
ratio (WSM6 and Thompson microphysics). You can check all changes in the 
following branch:

Baseline results for NMMB tests were changed. Code passed full 
regression test on both machines.
