[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS ticket #41: Two-way coupling GSM-MOM5 with corrected SW and heat fluxes (merge from development branch)

Hi NEMS Developers,

I am ready to commit the merging of the NEMS coupling development branch
onto the trunk. I ran the ./RT.sh on Zeus, and answers are unchanged for
the default regression tests compared to the previous trunk commit. The
answers for the coupled system have changed (since the last merge to the
trunk that happened in early May) and the updated baselines results are
available on Zeus. The most significant change that is coming in through
this merge on the coupled NEMS side is corrected treatment of the
radiation and heat flux. Details of the development are discussed and
documented on the CoG project page
https://earthsystemcog.org/projects/couplednems/.

I am planning to commit the changes to the NEMS trunk on Wednesday
morning around 11:30am ET.

The code can be reviewed under Zeus:/home/Gerhard.Theurich/NEMS.trunk
