[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Emergency GSM Trunk Commit - trunk reversion

Good afternoon folks,

This afternoon, at the request of GSM developers and due to issues
discovered on Tide, I have reverted the GSM trunk back to the previous
version at r40796. This reversion will allow developers to continue with
their work while a solution can be found. GSM ticket #52 will document work
to find a solution.

This reversion undoes the last changes committed to the GSM trunk at r42403
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/changeset/42403>. The trunk revert
has been documented in GSM ticket #53: Trunk reversion - r42403 to r40796
<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/53>.

Make sure to update your GSM branches accordingly. Even though it was a
reverse merge on the trunk, you should still sync your branches with the
usual merge command:

svn merge --dry-run https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

If all goes well, do the actual merge:

svn merge https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

Then commit back to your branch.
