[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 29: Adding GFS Semi-Lagrangian code into GSM

Good afternoon everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #29: Adding
GFS Semi-Lagrangian code into GSM (See Trac ticket
#29<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/29>
)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/weiyu/slg_update_gsm

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Weiyu
Yang.

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm tomorrow, Thursday January
30th. You are encouraged to review the changes before their committal.
