[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 36: ATM/OCN coupling

Good afternoon folks,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #36: ATM/OCN
coupling. (See Trac ticket #36<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/36>
)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/NUOPC

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Gerhard
Theurich.

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm TOMORROW, Friday, February
28th. You are encouraged to review the changes before they are committed.
