[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Merging NUOPC two-way coupling work onto the GSM and NEMS trunk.

Hi Tom,
Do have an approximate time for when you think your announced NEMS trunk 
commit is going to go in? I see it was initially planned to follow 
Xingren's and Weiyu's commits, but those have been postponed now. Thanks,
