[Ncep.list.nems.announce] EMERGENCY GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 43: Bug fix for the GSM trunk

Good afternoon everyone,

There has been an emergency commit to the GSM trunk at
r39611<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/changeset/39611>(ticket
#43: Bug fix for the GSM
trunk<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/43>).
An error was found after the recent commit at r39493 and has been fixed in
this commit.

*As always please update your branches accordingly.* Just as a reminder, to
update your branch, use the following command if at the top of the working
copy of your branch (*using the --dry-run option first*, just to be safe):

svn merge --dry-run https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

If all goes well, do the actual merge:

svn merge https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/trunk .

Then commit back to your branch.
