[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket #39: Add code to import and use sst from ocean model

Good morning everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #39: Add code
to import and use sst from ocean model. (See Trac ticket
#39<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/39>
)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/moorthi/gsm/

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Moorthi.

The changes will be committed between 9-10am on Friday, April 11th. You are
encouraged to review the changes before they are committed.
