[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Regression test for NEMS failed on Zeus

Hi Xingren, and Moorthi,

Have these files been restored on Zeus, or are we still expecting 
different results in the regression tests wrt the baseline? Or has the 
baseline been updated, too? Thanks,
