[Ncep.list.nems.announce] GSM trac tickets - REMINDER

Good morning folks,

Just a reminder that if you are currently working on GSM related work, and
have a GSM branch, please make sure to open a corresponding trac ticket. A
trac ticket is required for all GSM work that will one day make it into the
GSM trunk.

While some svn projects do not use trac tickets or use them only to
announce intended commits, the GSM svn project relies on trac tickets to
collaborate, share information, document branch work, and notify
supervisors of new upcoming changes to the system.

To open a GSM trac ticket click "New Ticket" near the top right of the GSM
trac page:

If you need any assistance in opening a new trac ticket or editing one
