[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 27: Atm/Ocn/Ice coupling work

Good afternoon everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket
#27:Atm/Ocn/Ice coupling work. (See Trac ticket
#27<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/27>
)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/xwu

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Xingren
Wu.

The changes will be committed between 1-2pm on Tuesday, November 19th. You
are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
