[Ncep.list.nems.announce] NEMS ticket 57

Hi,

I have code changes for "Atm/Ocn/Ice coupling" which set up GSM to 
output 20 fields used for testing Atm/Ocn coupling.

The following source codes (which can be viewed on Gyre: 
/global/save/Xingren.Wu/svn/nems/branches/xwu) have been modified:

      src/atmos/gsm/phys/gfs_physics_sfc_flx_mod.f

      src/atmos/gsm/phys/namelist_physics_def.f
      src/atmos/gsm/phys/gfs_physics_sfc_flx_set_mod.f
      src/atmos/gsm/phys/compns_physics.f

All regression tests (without changing any result) passed:
/global/save/Xingren.Wu/svn/nems/branches/xwu/RegressionTests_wcoss.log
