[Ncep.list.nems.announce] Upcoming GSM Trunk Commit - Ticket 22: debug NDSL to run wam with physics

Good day everyone,

There is an upcoming commit to the GSM trunk involving ticket #22: debug
NDSL to run wam with physics. (See Trac ticket
#22<https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/gsm/ticket/22>
)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/gsm/branches/ticket_22/

If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Henry
Juang.

The changes will be committed between 7-8am on Thursday, November 14th. You
are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
