[Ncep.list.nems.announce] RT issue on WCOSS (Gyre)

Hi,

I am running into an issue for regression test. The test failed at the 
following step:

Test 010
Compare GFS results with previous trunk version
GFS, 32 proc, 1 thread

Checking test 010 results ....
  Comparing sigf00..... ......NOT OK

    sigf00 differ!
*****************

I then did a clean copy from the current trunk and ran RT without my 
change and had the same issue.

Can anyone help what I might do wrong as this is my first experience for 
doing RT.
