[Ncep.list.nems.announce] problem in RT

Hi all,

I met an error in RT for my next commit to trunk. The error place is not
related to my change. So I checkout trunk under tide in
/global/save/Henry.Juang/2013/nems/nemstrunk2/
and simply run RT.sh, I got following error:



Test 007
Test NMMB-regional with GFS physics package
TEST is waiting to enter the queue
1 min. TEST 007 is running,            Status:  RUN , Finished  6.850 hours
2 min. TEST 007 is running,            Status:  RUN , Finished  15.300 hours
3 min. TEST 007 is running,            Status:  RUN , Finished  23.650 hours
4 min. TEST 007 is finished,           Status:  - , Finished  24.000 hours


Checking test 007 results ....
 Comparing nmmb_hst_01_bin_0000h_00m_00.00s.........OK
 Comparing nmmb_hst_01_bin_0024h_00m_00.00s..... ......NOT OK

   nmmb_hst_01_bin_0024h_00m_00.00s differ!
