Title: Sybase routine maintenance at BLRD
We have our routine 6 month keep healthy Database work on Sybase we need to  
perform on May 7 in Boulder.  There is a 240 minute outage on the WDE_PRD  
database.  If you need to perform failovers please do so before the 7th.   
This again is to keep the database healthy and we do this every 6 months.   
We will let you know when the 6 months is for College Park.  The RFC  
information is below.

- WHAT the change is: Standard 6 month keep healthy RFC. Need to do routine  
maintenance on system table syslogs and all dynamic users' tables for  
checking, fixing potential corruptions in the tables, or partitions and the  
indexes. This change requires the coordination of SA, MQ, and application  
developers..
- WHY this change is being made: Prevent future and potential issues for  
tables and databases at DBS1, DBS2 and DBHIST at BLDR.
- WHO the intended user is: TG users.
- WHERE the changes are being made (i.e. Boulder: DBS1, DBS2 and DBHIST at  
BLDR as College Park is spaced apart from BLDR.
- IMPACT of the change: While running the maintenance on system  
table "syslogs" and user tables, the entire database wde_prd will be locked  
in single user mode, so there should be an outage for approximately 240  
minutes. BB will flag red/purple on latency and connections, TG users will  
experience slowness or outages.
