Jay,

For the last month or so, we've noticed that several MRMS_MergedReflectivityQComposite_00.00 products are missed every day via LDM. This are missing on the MRMS download web page as well, which you had previously mentioned is fed by LDM. There seems to be a strong pattern of missed products at approximately 30 minutes after the odd numbered hours UTC, although we've seen other missed data also. The last day that 100% of data was delivered was Feb. 9. Do you have an idea what might be causing this? Is it an MRMS problem, or an LDM data delivery problem?

We're in the middle of Key Site testing for delivering MRMS to the FAA's ADS-B program, so I'd like to be able to give an explanation to the FAA's test team.
