[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS Website Migrating to HTTPS

MRMS Users,

Due to technical issues we have again delayed the discontinuation of the
http interface for MRMS. Our new schedule starts removal of http access on
January 15th, leaving only https available.

We recommend all users of the MRMS website to transition now to the
https://mrms.ncep.noaa.gov/data interface.
