[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS Website Migrating to HTTPS

MRMS Users,

Today, November 30th 2018, we'll be migrating the public NCEP MRMS website
to use the HTTP Secure (HTTPS) protocol.

http://mrms.ncep.noaa.gov/data

will become:

https://mrms.ncep.noaa.gov/data

The exiting http protocol will remain available until December 7th.
