[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS Website Migrating to HTTPS

MRMS users,

There was a delay in our implementation of the change from http to https
for the MRMS website, here is the current plan.

Yesterday we made the https interface available, you can access it via
https://mrms.ncep.noaa.gov/data

Next Tuesday, December 10th, we will begin removing access to the site
though the http protocol. Please begin switching to use https and let us
know if you experience any problems.
