[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Two MRMS data outages today.

MRMS users,

We have experienced two outages today of ~20 minutes each.  One of our two
upstream sources for radar data is having difficulty when it is the primary
data provider.  We are continuing to work on this issue.
