[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Quadrant data missing in MRMS

Gregg,

>From the discussion I had with IDP support, I don't think it's a MRMS
problem, it's a problem with the servers in College Park being unable to
keep up with the load, causing data drop outs. I see it all the time on the
College Park IDP data mount, but it is not occurring in Boulder (the MRMS
master right now).
